We had a small but mighty group this weekend to work the cues and lifts at Marisa Field House in Waynesburg, PA.
Tanner Kolb, who prepares his athletes for explosion, ably assisted me throughout the entire weekend. (Tanner is not a strength and conditioning coach, but prefers different terminology when describing his position at Waynesburg University:)

Worked with Mike Szela from Chicago today. A random stop in our club as his track girlfriend was competing locally. Strong 69kg lifter that will
most likely be at Nationals this year. A few hours of training and tweaking his technique will enable him to compete with the big boyz imo.
